【PERSONAL PROFILE】
Dr. Yong-Zhong Wang graduated from Chongqing University (Ph.D. in Engineering Thermophysics, 2008.06). Then, he joined Chongqing University (2008.06) to carry out teaching/research work. He has presided or participated 6 Projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), more than 10 Projects supported by Chongqing Science and Technology Bureau. He has published 130 papers in journals such as Bioresource Technology, Algal Research and Renewable Energy, etc. Moreover, he has applied and obtained 24 patents of inventions. Current courses taught by Dr. Wang include Microbiology, Progress in Microbiology, Bioreaction Engineering, etc. He has supervised 28 master students and 6 Ph.D. students, 2 of whom have won the national scholarship in Chongqing University.
