【PERSONAL PROFILE】

Dr. Zhiyi Ye graduated from Chongqing University (Ph.D. in Biomedical engineering, 2001.07). After the completion of postdoctoral research at Institute of Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences, he joined Chongqing University (1996.07) to carry out teaching and research work. He has presided 2 Projects supported National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), 5 Projects supported by Chongqing Natural Science Foundation Project etc. He has published 16 papers in journals such as Biotechnology Journal;Biomaterials Science;Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, etc. Moreover, he has applied and obtained 3 patents of inventions. Current courses taught by Dr. Zhiyi Ye include Cell engineering , Life science and human civilization, Tissue and cell culture, etc. He has supervised 15 master students.

【RESEARCH INTERESTS】

His research interests are kinetic analysis of molecule interactions using atomic force microscopy, mechanobiology, nanoliposome delivery systems, and tissue engineering.
