【个人简介】
2008年毕业于重庆大学,获工学博士学位,2014年-2015年在加拿大蒙特利尔大学从事访问学者研究。2019年获得重庆市学术技术带头人人才称号。长期开展微生物生物转化、细胞代谢调控机制及生物传感检测等关键科学问题的研究。作为课题负责人分别承担科技部重点研发项目(课题3:底盘细胞的多层次适配与动态调控技术)、云南省重大科技计划生物医药专项(课题3:跨模态早期肺癌预警及诊断模型的构建)各1项,主持及参与国家自然科学基金项目7项,省部级项目10余项。获重庆市自然科学二等奖1项和重庆市产学研创新成果奖一等奖1项。在Bioresource Technology;Renewable Energy;Algal Research; ACS Sensors; Analytica Chimica Acta; Analytica Chimica Acta等SCI期刊发表论文90余篇,被他引416次;获发明专利授权24项。主讲《微生物学》、《代谢生物学》、《发酵食品工艺学》、《微生物进展》、《生物反应工程》等本科生、研究生专业课程。
【研究方向】
1. 细胞工厂构建,主要内容包括纤维素酶、稀有人参皂苷和维生素B6生物合成细胞工厂构建等
2. 生物传感与检测,主要内容包括细胞传感器构建及临床诊断检测等
3. 微生物代谢与调控,包括纤维素乙醇转化、纤维素基质酶解糖化、光合微藻产油脂、腐植酸生物合成等
